Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Updated: July 30, 2026
Effective: July 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to applications, websites, and related services published by BOUNDARYSLINE that expressly refer to this Policy (each, a “Product”). Products may provide different features. We process information only when you use a feature and only to the extent necessary to provide it. If a Product provides a supplemental notice, that notice and this Policy apply together.
2. Information We May Process
2.1 Account and identity information
When a Product provides account features, we may process account identifiers, irreversible password hashes, display names, profile images, email addresses, account status, sign-in records, and linked identities. We do not store account passwords in plain text.
If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive the user identifier assigned to the Product and any name, email address, or other information the platform provides with your authorization. We do not receive your Apple ID or Google Account password. Each platform processes information under its own privacy policy.
2.2 Content you submit
If you use content creation, file processing, cloud synchronization, feedback, customer support, or another feature that requires submission, we may process the text, images, audio, video, files, and communications you choose to provide. Content that remains only on your device and is not uploaded is not collected by our servers.
Please do not submit identity documents, financial account details, precise location, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless necessary. If a feature requires sensitive personal information, we will separately explain the purpose, method, and scope and obtain any authorization required by law.
2.3 Device, usage, and security information
To operate and protect Products and accounts, we may process device type, operating system, Product version, language and time zone, network address, request time, feature usage, crash information, and security logs. We use this information for compatibility, troubleshooting, necessary analytics, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention, not to create profiles unrelated to Product functions.
2.4 System permissions
Depending on its features, a Product may request access to photos, camera, microphone, files, notifications, network functions, or other system capabilities. The system permission prompt will explain the purpose. Refusing a nonessential permission does not affect unrelated features. You may disable permissions in device settings, but the corresponding feature may stop working.
2.5 Transaction information
If a Product offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features, we may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, order status, purchase time, and entitlement status to verify transactions, deliver entitlements, restore purchases, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. Apple, Google, or another payment provider processes payment credentials such as card numbers; we do not receive complete payment credentials from an app store.
3. Why We Process Information
We process information only as necessary to:
1. provide account, sign-in, content processing, synchronization, purchase, support, and other features you choose to use;
2. save settings, restore service state, and maintain account relationships across devices or Products;
3. verify identities and transactions and protect accounts, Products, and other users;
4. diagnose failures and analyze necessary aggregate usage to improve compatibility, reliability, and service quality; and
5. comply with legal obligations and handle complaints, disputes, audits, and regulatory requests.
If we intend to use information for a new purpose that is not directly related to these purposes, we will provide a separate notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law.
4. Sharing, Service Providers, and Transfers
We do not sell personal information. We may share or entrust necessary information only when:
1. you choose a third-party sign-in, cloud, content processing, payment, sharing, or other third-party feature;
2. a contractually restricted provider processes information for hosting, storage, messaging, security, diagnostics, or customer support;
3. disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid request from an authorized authority;
4. disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, other users, us, or the public; or
5. information is transferred as part of a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, subject to legally required notice and continued protection.
A third-party service applies only to Products that actually integrate it. We require processors to follow agreed purposes, retention periods, and security measures and not to change the purpose without authorization.
5. Retention and International Processing
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy and our legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law or necessary for transaction verification, security audits, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Access to legally retained information is restricted, and it is not used for unrelated purposes.
Servers or service providers used by a Product may be located outside your country or region. For international processing, we use contractual safeguards, access controls, encryption, or other protections required by applicable law. We obtain separate consent when the law requires it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and Product functionality, you may use in-Product controls or contact us to:
1. access, correct, or complete account information;
2. withdraw consent or disable device permissions;
3. unlink Apple, Google, or another third-party identity;
4. request a copy of personal information;
5. delete specific content, personal information, or an account; or
6. request an explanation, restriction, or objection concerning processing.
If a Product allows account creation, it will provide an in-Product account deletion path. You may also submit a deletion request through the email address below. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize information associated with the account, except transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records that must lawfully be retained. Deactivation, suspension, or ceasing to use a Product is not account deletion. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may manage authorized sign-in relationships in Apple or Google account settings. Revoking authorization on the third-party platform alone does not automatically delete the Product account. To delete the Product account and associated information, use the in-Product deletion path or contact us.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, privilege separation, audit logs, backups, and security updates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial steps and provide notice as required by law.
8. Children
Whether a Product is intended for minors is determined by its features, age rating, and store listing. Minors should use Products and submit information with guidance from a parent or guardian. If a Product is directed to children or parental consent is legally required, we provide additional protections and notices. A guardian who believes a minor submitted personal information without appropriate consent may contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when features, technology, laws, or regulatory requirements change. We will publish the updated Policy through the Product, website, or another appropriate channel and state the update date. We will provide more prominent notice of material changes to processing purposes, information types, or user rights and obtain consent again when required by law.
